Free Delivery

The delivery of items purchased online from www.ustarnovels.com is quick, efficient and direct to the address of your choice. 

Standard Delivery is free within the UK for all orders purchased from U Star Novels to each delivery address, irrespective of the number of items. Purchases should arrive 7 working days from time of ordering. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Your order can be delivered to any UK address and is despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery service.  We regret we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, as a signature is required on delivery.

We will issue you with a Royal Mail tracking number once your novel has been despatched from our printers allowing you to track the status of delivery through the Royal Mail website, www.royalmail.com.

We are sorry to say that sometimes during peak periods, ie. Christmas, Valentines Day, and Mothers Day there can be a delay on the standard delivery, for this reason at these times we always recommend that you order your personalised romance novel as soon as possible.

Express Delivery
For urgent orders, books can be despatched for delivery within three working days of placing your order, but extra costs will apply.  Orders will be sent via courier, so please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order. Express delivery is charged at £15.95 per order to each delivery address, irrespective of the number of items. 

International Delivery
We will happily ship worldwide, please contact us with your requirements on email or on +44 (0) 208 977 0627 and we will provide you with the cheapest possible shipping option we can find to have your novel delivered.

Returns Policy
The very personal and custom nature of our books prevents us from offering refunds for books that have been produced for you.  However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly replace it at no charge to you. The books are produced with the answers that you provide through our online order forms, exactly as you entered them.  As such, we strongly encourage our customers to carefully check the spelling in the order form before they submit an order - this includes proper capitalisation of names and locations.  We will not be able to refund or replace your purchase as a result of your spelling errors.
