I love this website. I was a little nervous about the customer service after reading online reviews. It is a little odd that there is no phone number to call, but there is an email. I emailed the company to ask some questions and let them know I would rather talk on the phone. I got an email back within a few hours and the representative told me to give him my phone number so that he could call me. His phone number was out of country, so that is why he wanted to call me as opposed to the other way around. He called me within an hour of my email and answered all of my questions in detail. I ordered four personalized romance novels for my bridesmaids and they were shipped to me in five days, during the holiday season!

My book still was delivered within the time I was told with super packaging to ensure there was no damage or bending of the pages. Now, when they say the book will be "wild", it's wild.
