Sometimes during peak periods, ie. Christmas, Valentines Day, and Mothers Day there can be a delay in processing and delivering your order, for this reason at these times we always recommend that you order your personalised romance novel as soon as possible.

There are three options available for delivery of your order:

Standard delivery is free of charge to UK mainland addresses. When selecting this option when checking out, your novel will be dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Service.

We regret we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, as a signature is required on delivery.

Purchases should arrive within 7-10 working days from time of ordering. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We can provide you with a tracking number once your novel has been dispatched from our printers allowing you to track the status of delivery through the Royal Mail website, www.royalmail.com.

An order is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed from dispatch.

European Deliveries

We can also ship your order to any European address. Charges are as follows:

European Signed For & Insured

If you would prefer to have your book tracked and insured an additional charge of £3.50 is applicable. Please choose this option when checking out.

International Deliveries

We can also ship your order to any International address. Charges are as follows:

Please Note:

- We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

- If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible.

- Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

- Please order from U Star Novels with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as U Star Novels cannot be responsible for this.

- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy

The very personal and custom nature of our books prevents us from offering refunds for books that have been produced for you. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly replace it at no charge to you.

The books are produced with the answers that you provide through our online order forms, exactly as you entered them. As such, we strongly encourage our clients to carefully check the spelling in the order form before they submit an order - this includes proper capitalisation of names and locations. We will not be able to refund or replace your purchase as a result of your spelling errors.
