How long can I expect to wait before I receive my book?
Each book is custom made to your specification and generally takes 7-10 working days to produce, sometimes sooner.
Please bear in mind that these are just guidelines, and in busier times, your order may take longer to process, but we will advise you by email if your order will take any longer than 7 working days to arrive.
How much is shipping to the US ?
Our novels are from $29.95 plus $7.95 shipping & handling. These prices include postage for shipping via First Class mail - we also offer Priority Post as a shipping option.
Do you ship outside the US ?
We ship worldwide and have many overseas customers - including the UK and Europe and Australia. Books shipped outside United States are billed in US dollars and charged an additional $12.95 shipping and handling. For overseas/international orders, printing of your order may take place in the UK or Australia to ensure the quickest delivery of your novel, but may take longer than the recommended 7-10 working days...
Shipping to Canada is $12.95 and shipped from the US with UPS, delivery times are dependent on where in Canada the delivery will be made.
Only one shipping and handling fee will be charged no matter how many books are ordered - they must be shipped to the same location. This also applies to expedited shipping options.
